It depends on your area and the size of the order, so we quote it per order rather than charging a flat rate that might overcharge you. Add what you want to your cart, then WhatsApp us on 067 020 1440 and we will confirm the delivery cost before you pay.

For couriered orders we send you the tracking details as soon as your parcel is collected. You can also reach us through the Track Order page and we will check on it for you.

Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for full conditions.

We are sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and we will arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

It means the scent profile was built to sit in the same family as a fragrance you may already know, and we tell you which one. It is our own composition in our own bottle under our own name — we do not sell, copy or claim to be another house's product.

The 30ml is an alcohol-based Extrait de Parfum that projects further and announces you across a room. The 3ml roll-on is pure perfume oil — alcohol free, skin friendly, sits closer to the skin at first, then blooms with your body heat and holds all day. Many people keep the spray at home and the roll-on in a bag.

Reed room diffusers hold their throw for 3–4 months. Car diffusers are strong for 30–45 days and keep going softly for up to 90. Each product page has the exact figures and the how-to-use steps.

No. Diffuser and car diffuser oils are for external and household use only. For skin, use the 3ml roll-on perfume oils or the 30ml sprays.
