14-Day Returns
Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Damaged in Transit
Arrived damaged? Contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
Quick Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
Return Conditions
We want you to love your fragrance. If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging
- In resalable condition with all seals and cellophane intact
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
For reasons of hygiene and product safety, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless they are faulty or were damaged in transit.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return

Email us or message us via Customer Support with your order number and reason for return.
Receive return instructions
We will confirm eligibility and send you the return address and any reference details.
Send the item back
Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
Receive your refund
Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after we receive your return, plus any additional time your bank may require to reflect the funds.
